Solomon Coyle partnered with Artisan Learning to create the Sales Leadership Program, a transformative experience that equips sales leaders with the skills and strategies to boost growth and drive profitability.
After years of offering workshops, Solomon Coyle wanted to deliver something more: a dynamic, cohort-based learning journey that offers peer support, expert insights, and lasting impact. They also wanted a video component to preserve the expertise of their leaders and create a legacy for the company.
In partnership with Artisan Learning, Solomon Coyle revamped their approach. What once felt like a checklist of to-dos due to time restraints became an immersive 12-week program combining videos, e-learning modules, live sessions with experts, and hands-on assignments. This new structure allowed sales leaders to dive deep into content and apply it in real-time, ensuring the skills learned translate directly into professional growth and business success.
From mastering team management to creating a thriving culture, the Sales Leadership Program covers all the essentials. Learners tackle real-world scenarios—whether using their company’s data or working through challenges with a fictional business called Commercial Interiors, Inc. With practical tools, expert support, and accountability partners, participants leave the program ready to move from being a sales rock star to leading a team of rock stars.

Through real-world scenarios and a combination of modalities, sales leaders learn—and practice—new skills with the support of both their cohort and the experts at Solomon Coyle.

We created expert videos, explainer videos, e-learning, job aids, assignments, and group and accountability partner discussions. Learners also have live sessions with the experts at Solomon Coyle every few weeks and the ability to ask questions anytime.

We provided learners with expertise and insights and created legacy recordings by filming professional, classroom-style videos starring Solomon Coyle’s expert trainers. Learners also get live “office hours” with the team at Solomon Coyle to answer their questions.
