Sure, we’re on the planet to “help people know what to do through custom-designed learning.” That’s our core focus and we’re awesome at it. But, we also like to win stuff! After all, winning is fun and it validates our awesomeness. (If you’re looking for humility, this is not that place!)
We don’t have a physical galactic headquarters where we can display all the hardware we acquired in 2024, but it was the most ever in a single year. So allow us to show you what we added to our (already full!) virtual trophy case this year.
We won awards for the type of work we do. We added Training Magazine Choice Awards for “Gamification” and for “Custom Content/Program Development.” We value these awards because they recognize our expertise in designing top-drawer custom learning.

Our new website won awards. We set out to build a beautiful, resourceful, and fully accessible website. That’s a tall order. With the help of HMC who guided our new branding, and Bytes.co who brought the design/build chops, we accomplished it. After launching in May, the site won a prestigious W3 award and a platinum Marcom award.
We won an award as an employer. Finding new Artisans is serious business. We have high expectations. Fortunately, as a distributed team, we can choose the best of the best. We’re a small company, so we were thrilled to rank in the “Virtual Vocations Top 25” employers.

One of our projects won an award. We knew the Fabricator Education Training Program was a cool project. And we knew our client, the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) loved the process and the outcome. But winning “Best in Show” at DevLearn’s DemoFest was a fantastic validation from the L&D community. Take a look at the award-winning course here.
One of our founders won an award. We’re proud of our 20-year heritage and are privileged to have our founder, Diane Elkins, actively contributing to our daily work. A true pioneer in the e-learning industry, this year The Learning Guild recognized her with the coveted “Guild Master Award.”
Tennis great Boris Becker said, “I love winning…but most of all I love to play.” We feel the same. In our 20th anniversary year, we loved winning more awards than ever. Yet, most of all we loved helping people know what to do through custom-designed learning.

“I’m crazy proud of all our Artisans who contribute their imagination, bravery, and curiosity to make this an award-winning company year after year.”
